Review- New Olor 24 Hours Active Deodorants

I feel more fragrant in winters, as all the scented body butters, scented musk-s, fragrant lip balms and aromatic moisture treatments come to rescue the dull dried and worn out skin. Although I feel the body sprays and deodorants are most required when the tons of wool leave the bodies, in short in springs and summers

Olor is the brand known for excellence in body sprays, with their quality and huge variety. I am not sure about the exact number of fragrances they are offering for men/women but they are equally good and catering everyone’s taste. Along with the tons of fragrances that are already available in market OLOR has recently launched three new body sprays. I am glad that I have got the opportunity to try them and review it for you.

The three fragrances includes Rosy Raspberry, Vibrant Violet and Glamorous Gold. Each belongs to different genre of aroma. Most of the Olor fragrances are a fusion of floral and fruity/herb-y essences.

Rosy Raspberry: is a blend of Raspberry & Vanilla scents. By the name I took it as s fruity fragrance (as the name appeals), I thought it would be a refreshing fruit infused floral scent (if it makes sense). But when I inhaled a good amount of aroma, even after trying hard I am unable to figure out any vanilla or fruity raspberry notes. The fragrance is dominated with floral scent closer to rose family. I don’t know if they have confused the fragrance with name or what; it is more of a rosy or florally fragrance then anything closer to vanilla, only slight traces of raspberry are there. The strong refreshing trait of raspberry can be observed too. Overall it’s a good floral springy kind of fragrance.

Vibrant Violet: is a fusion of Iris & Black current. I personally have never smelled any fresh iris flower or black current so I cannot relate if the fragrance is true to its claim. I can only tell what I have observed; this body spray is a dose of balanced fruity floral scent. The aroma is perfectly blended and gives a refreshing feel. I like the high notes of berry scent in it and the floral freshness. I can say this particular body deo will be my go to fragrance no matter if it’s winter or summer.

Glamorous Gold: is an amalgam of Lilac and Amber essences. This particular body spray by OLOR is one of its own kind. This one belongs to a different genre of fragrance which is not much fruity or florally rather it’s more herb-y. On inhalation I felt it to be more of an Arabic traditional fragrance. If you have tried Arabic fragrances in any herb shop you might feel this one similar to those Arabian ones which are stronger and super fragrance. I think this one is my favorite as it is stronger refreshing and can hold you in a trance for few seconds, but obviously is a personal preference.

Final Thoughts:

I am always impressed with Olor Fragrances whenever it comes to variety of options and longevity. They stay for a pretty good hours leaving the body fragrant and fresh, but obviously claiming it to be a 24hours active deodorant is a mere exaggeration. The fragrances are easily available locally from super markets to small cosmetics shop. The prices may vary place to place but are pretty reasonable from rs.250-350. My favorite pick is from the new range is
