Continuing the venture from Amina Raja Makeup Studio meetup, now came the time for the big day the master class. Beauty Hooked and Amina Raja undoubtedly worked hard to make the both ends meet to make this class a big Hit.
It was a two day makeup workshop, on day 1 we all geared up with our tools washed and sharpened ;P.
The hall was filled with ladies chit chatting all about makeup & cosmetics, so you can well imagine the excitement of makeup lovers. I liked the way tables were decorated with a goodie bag, writing pen & note pad, a set of notes for the workshop, a bottle of water & a small bowl filled with candies to suckle on while enjoying the class.
The room was filled with almost 100-130 students. But the decor, sitting arrangement everything was all set up to perfection.
The event started with a brief intro of Beauty hooked which was given by CEO Sahar Saeed.
And after that with a huge round of applaud Amina Raja took over the stage with all the elegance and grace.
She started introducing herself, telling her life story and how she started doing makeup? how was her experience of learning? how she managed her name to be a famous brand name?
The class started with the tips and tricks of applying foundation.
from prepping and priming she explained each and every step in detail
Along with that we were shown foundation she uses in her salon on clients for different skin types.
Yummy hi- tea was also arranged for the break.
After the break we were taught the cut crease eye makeup technique.And we were asked to practice infront of Amina so she could correct and guide us according to our face. While there were all ladies busy applying makeup Amina and her team was going to each and every person to listen to their concerns and questions.
Later a REDCARPET was awaiting for media persons which was well organised by team Transmedia.
Stalls from Conatural & luscious was set outside the hall so that the students could easily grab some of the recommended things by Amina Raja.
First day went really well with all the excitement fun and loads of knowledge about makeup application.
2nd day was exciting in its own way as it was the last day and we were to be rewarded with certificates and goodbye selfies.
I was a bit late so joined them in the mid break time. Amina started teaching her signature eye-makeup look i.e Emerald smoky eye-makeup.
I was amazed to see how she completely transformed the girl with a completely glam look. Her eyes were looking smoking hot the emerald shade was balanced to perfection. We were taught with all her makeup techniques she uses with secret products she uses on her clients to achieve a flawless look.

Final Thoughts:
The Fee for this master class of Amina Raja was 30k (vip seats) & 20k for the rest and if you are student further 25% discount can be availed. To be honest there was no difference wether if you are having a VIP seat or other the only thing was VIP seats were those having rows closer to the stage that is all, so If you are interested in paying 10k for front seats it is your choice. Was the class worth the money? well I think YES if you are a beginner and have zero or less knowledge of makeup application. If you are well aware of techniques and makeup application then it might not impress you much, but you can learn some secret tips and trips which are worth learning.Coming to the goodie bags, we got two goodie bags one from beauty hooked & amina raja the other one was an ecellent effort by Transmedia digital solutions.
Honestly speaking I was disappointed with the goody bag as the main goody bag included a sample sized Luscious eye primer, Conatural eye gel, Conatural soap, a low quality china made beauty blender , sample rather a 1 teaspoon sachet of Artdeco foundation & a t-shirt by beauty hooked, to me it was a below average gesture if someone is doing a "Master Class" with so much class charging 20k-30k and offering the attendees a goody bag of an approx worth of 2k max on average well that is really meh. But definitely the class paid back well to all the learners.
So over all my experience with Amina Raja Makeup Class worth the time. Good job by Beauty Hooked & Transmedia digital Solutions.
